Our mountaineering village in the Ötztal Alps is still traditional and authentic. Only around 125 residents, small, family-run shops, and a friendly, welcoming vibe. We probably have the wild, untamed mountain landscape all around to thank for that. Room to roam in both summer and winter – from mountain days and glacier tours to skiing straight from our door at 1,900m above sea level.

Our cuisine is just like us: authentic, uncomplicated, and rooted in our local traditions. In the restaurant at our accommodation in Tyrol, we serve traditional Ötztal dishes, ranging from roast kid from our own farm to hearty cheese dumplings with coleslaw. A well-deserved treat after your mountain adventures – whether you’re staying with us overnight, a local, or just visiting Vent for the day.
