You won’t find anything pretentious here: we’re a proper mountain guesthouse with everything that goes with it. Our restaurant in Vent captures the rustic atmosphere of an Alpine hut, and you’ll also experience the warmth and friendliness that’s so characteristic of us Tyroleans. After all, Christine and Roman are always up for a quick chat or a witty remark, and Arno, the junior manager, young sommelier, and barman, will delight you with his wine recommendations and drinks.

Anyone who spends long days out in the Ötztal Alps appreciates not having to stick to fixed mealtimes. That’s why you’re completely free to decide at the Weisskugel: bed and breakfast or half board. Our mountaineers’ breakfast is available from 7.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. for anyone setting off on morning tours. If you want to leave earlier, just let us know and we’ll prepare a light breakfast or a packed lunch for you. And we offer you plenty of flexibility when it comes to dinner, too: you can enjoy hot meals here until 8.30 p.m.
